James Harris
Senior Designer
James brings several years of experience working with Florida-based de la Guardia Victoria Architects. James received a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Trinity College, followed by a Masters in Architecture from the University of Miami. An avid sportsman, James is thrilled to be back in the northeast and even enjoys the four-season Connecticut weather.
Ann Hedbavny
Director of Finance
Ann joins the team with a background in hospitality and retail management. In addition to her financial responsibilities, she works with the interiors team as the purchasing agent. Originally from the Boston area, Ann moved to Litchfield County after attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst. When Ann and her husband aren't busy planning their next trip to Spain, she's prepping for a road trip to visit her adult daughter and son, who now live in North Carolina and Pennsylvania respectively.
David Pearson
Senior Designer
David believes that all the Fine Arts are to be engaged when designing architecture. Thus, his skills as an artist are particularly important to his design methodology. As Senior Designer, he is very committed to the importance of the client’s wishes and sees his key role as a facilitator of the client’s dreams. Prior to joining the team David was Senior Designer at Fairfax and Sammons Architects and an Associate with Robert A. M. Stern Architects in New York. David is a graduate of Rollins College (B.A., Theatre Design and Studio Art), and the Georgia Institute of Technology (M.S.in Classical Design,2008, Architecture; M. Arch., 2011), where he was an Arthur Ross Scholar. He was a Visiting Artist to the American Academy in Rome in 2008 and 2011. David is a member of the New England Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art. He received a Bulfinch Award for sketching.
Adrienne Sieverding
Designer
Adrienne joined Hendricks Churchill in 2018 and has since steadily advanced to Designer in our Architecture team. Prior to settling in with our team, she had been working in the office of Brooks & Falotico Associates. Adrienne received a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College in 2017. In addition to her studies in architecture and mathematics, she also played women’s varsity tennis and captained the varsity squash team. Building upon years of helping her architect father with renovations on their own house, Adrienne recently sold a cottage she renovated on her own and bought a large farmhouse that she's already planning on renovating.
William Munn
Junior Designer
Will left Brooklyn, NY in pursuit of a healthy life in the country. Will graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Chinese languages. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Hiland Hall Turner Architects. Will is thrilled to be living in northwestern CT and has begun developing plans to build his own little house in the country.
Sarah Roberts Hale
Interior Designer
Sarah joined Hendricks Churchill after several years programming and producing large-scale music festivals and community events at Basilica Hudson in Hudson, NY. She is a graduate of Bard College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Photography. Sarah brings with her a fresh perspective to the interior design studio. Her appreciation for art, music and fashion makes her a perfect fit for the interiors team.

As Director of Interior Design, Heide creates interiors that are infused with wit, grace, and beauty. They represent a labor of love—the perfect blend of heirloom and modern filtered through her unique use of color, layers, and a healthy obsession for comfort. Heide’s talent is complemented by an innate ability to guide clients in articulating their dreams. She forges enduring relationships with each client built on trust, warmth, and shared joy. Rafe's mission as the Creative Director of the Architecture team has always been to create unique and beautiful buildings that fit perfectly with their environment and historical roots. This vision is matched by his straight-talking and realistic manner. With a compulsion for honesty in all aspects of the design process, Rafe is known for his ability to guide a project with a calmness, confidence and clarity rarely enjoyed by clients.
Patrick Corrigan
Managing Director
Before joining the team, Patrick previously worked for Gehry Partners in Los Angeles and Robert A.M. Stern Architects in New York City. In addition to his work as a designer, he worked as a researcher and writer, serving as the research assistant to the architecture critic Paul Goldberger, contributing to the official biography of Frank Gehry and collaborating with Robert A.M. Stern on his memoirs. Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from Bates College and a Masters of Architecture from Parsons School of Design. Patrick lives with his wife and daughter in a 1790s farmhouse.
Lizzie Duffy
Designer
Lizzie joins the Hendricks Churchill team with over 8 years of experience coming from Ferguson & Shamamian Architects in New York City. She is excited to bring her knowledge of traditional residential architecture to the office. A New York City native, she recently relocated to her husband's hometown in Berkshire County, where she looks forward to the continued renovation of their 1830's Greek Revival home. She graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Minor in Print Journalism, and a Certificate of Historic Preservation. As an avid skier & snowboarder, she is excited to explore the all-season outdoor activities New England has to offer.
Devin Meaney
Interior Design Assistant
Prior to joining the Hendricks Churchill Team, Devin worked at a textile and wallpaper manufacturer where she fell in love with all things interior. She is from a legacy of antique dealers who helped her hone her own sense of style at an early age. Devin graduated from FIT in 2020 with a degree in textile development where her focused on sustainability in natural fibers.
